For our Office in Grabenstätt, Germany, we need an experienced dynamic team lead with passionate drive for change management. We are currently looking for a 

VMI & Sales Support Manager (m/f/x) 

The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) & Sales Support Manager is accountable for the direction and management of VMI / Demand Planning initiatives, leads the Sales Support Team and VMI strategies across the EMEA region. Primary focus is to drive sales and smooth inventory flow thru optimizing inventory levels, gaining operational efficiency as well as end-to-end business ownership of all supply chain processes. Moreover, the position is accountable for the day to day activities of the Sales Support Team, monitoring KPIs impacting the Key Account support quality and continuously working on improving of processes. The VMI & Sales Support Manager is fully aligned with the regional- and local sales and customer experience strategy and supports the sales teams in achieving the sales targets.


  • Motivate, coach and develop the Sales Support Team to be ‘best in class’ providing clear direction and ensuring a strong communication
  • Coaches & Develops the team members ( VMI & Sales Support )
  • Set KPIs to assess the quality of customer care support and coach the team accordingly
  • Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes
  • Manage the capacities of the entire team through workload management in a most efficient way
  • Lead on-going functional and/or system-related process improvement initiatives that contribute to the profitability of the company
  • Work cross functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
  • Establish and cultivate long term relationships with strategic VMI partners to support business growth

  • Experience in leading a dynamic team in sales support and inventory management
  • Strategic planner and clear thinker with ability to drive change
  • Strategic planner and thinker with high emotional intelligence and team building abilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Process Management and Planning
  • Strong networking, communication and effective problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly complex and constantly-evolving business environment
