
Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/x)
As an international aviation company, Global Helicopter Service GmbH pro-
vides specialized helicopter services. These are currently provided with the main focus on African countries and the Middle East for humanitarian aid
organizations and governmental institutions. In addition to flight operations, GHS provides comprehensive Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) support to third-party clients.
To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a full-time
Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/x)
Your major tasks will be:
- Ensure the timely supply of spare parts for our Bell 412 fleet, and H225
helicopters under third-party maintenance - Negotiate with suppliers to secure on-time deliveries
- Coordinate spare parts supply with on-site personnel
- Work closely with our warehouse management system
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping documentation and track deliveries to recipients
- Receive internal training to qualify as a Receiving Inspector in
accordance with aviation regulations
Your Profile:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Quick comprehension and a structured, persistent, and dedicated work-
ing style. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); good knowledge of German is a
plus. - Previous experience in a similar role within the aviation industry is desirable, but not required.
- A valid visa and work permit for Germany are required.
